Before embarking on her illustrious journey in education, Catherine honed her analytical skills as an Operations Analyst for Bank of America. However, her deep-rooted passion for molding young minds beckoned, leading her to simultaneously immerse herself in the educational field while maintaining her corporate responsibilities. In 2005, she made a decisive shift towards early education with an emphasis on reading comprehension and active family engagement. She championed the cause of English literacy in underprivileged communities, predominantly assisting Spanish-speaking students. Catherine's ethos is firmly anchored in the belief that raising a child is a collective endeavor.
